Brief: Business Consultant in the area of Enterprise Information Management

Enterprise Information Management Business Consultant job description

Determine sources of information to include in business glossary including logical data models, documents, spreadsheets, knowledge with the business stakeholders etc

Establish understanding of different business functions and create a common definition for all the business terms that are used across various functions

Defining the business process to sustain the business glossary and integrate into the daily workflow across the organization

Define the subject areas and hierarchies in scope

Define and document the business terms using the identified tool

Work with Information modelling team to establish the linkage

Work experience in Retail environment is required and essential/mandatory
