BUSINESS CONSULTANT/FINANCIAL ANALYST WITH MERGER & ACQUISITION (M&A) TRANSACTIONS KNOWHOW (1980)
For a minimum six month project at our banking client in Zurich we are looking for a BUSINESS CONSULTANT/FINANCIAL ANALYST WITH MERGER & ACQUISITION (M&A) TRANSACTIONS KNOWHOW (1980)
As part of a large scale Legal Entity (LE) structure redesign program, there is a work stream focusing on the setup of the legal entity structure and the planning of projects work packages, including a detailed Business/Cost Case and the planning of the M&A transaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DELIVERABLES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)
Collecting and evaluating legal, regulatory, tax and other stakeholders' requirements
Challenging/adopting legal entity setup
Aligning requirements with other past, inflight and known future projects
Preparing M&A transaction structure per jurisdiction/legal entity
Plan and define realization schedule with respect to periodization of jurisdictions
Prepare asset/liability scope description and drive asset transfer/demerger
Further development of assumptions, influencing the cost case of the project, challenging and actively
maintaining figures on a regular basis
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience in business consulting/dedicated project management
Pronounced analytical skills and strong communication skills (including development of senior management presentations)
Operating experience regarding M&A deals within project setup
Affinity to work with figures, balance sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
Advanced MS Excel knowledge
Strong spoken and written English language skills
Creation, calculation and definition of Business/Cost Cases
