RESPONSIBILITIES

- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
- Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.

SKILLS
Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in HR, Compliance, or other internal consulting role dealing with change management or process improvement. Demonstrated success in driving change or continuous improvement projects. Experience with creating dashboards. Strong consultative, critical thinking and analytic skills with ability to operate independently and build effective partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups. Effective team player, able to build relationships quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively influence internal stakeholders. Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent priorities simultaneously; attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy; ability to thrive in dynamic, faced paced environment. Strong technical skills with expertise with MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Expertise with or ability to quickly be proficient with Visio; experience with Hyperion preferred.
