We are looking for a Business Change Manager (Business Assurance/Readiness) with a track record in Business Assurance Strategy for one of the UK's largest companies.

The ideal Business Change Manager (Business Assurance/Readiness), will have experience of Business Assurance, Business Readiness and turning around ailing projects.

Any experience in the utilities industry would be highly advantageous but is by no means necessary.

Skills

* Create Business Assurance Strategy for the Portfolio, Programme and Projects and agree a comprehensive Assurance Strategy and Management plan
* Direct Assurance for Portfolio/Programme/Project Planning - review and input to planning product description standards, ensuring quality and acceptance 'owners' are clearly defined
* Carry out Business Readiness Countdown and Go/no-go PRINCE2/P30 and Management of Value understanding preferable, Lean methodologies and process flow understanding.
* Spreadsheet, Presentation, Document, Sharepoint and Planning software.
* Creation and sign-off of Business Assurance Strategies at Portfolio or Programme level
