DURATION: 1 YEAR CONTRACT
START DATE: 1ST WEEK OF OCTOBER 2015
RATE: 930 NOK (NORWEGIAN KRONE) PER HOUR
LANGUAGE: NORWEGIAN & ENGLISH
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES OF CHANGE MANAGER:
* Ability to work with teams across all levels(operative, mid mgmt. and CxO) in customer organization and external partners/suppliers
* Ability to handle and manage AMBIGUITY AND UNSTRUCTURED WORK in order to progress the things in direction of intended change
* Zest for innovation, facilitation, coaching and creativity
* Ability to adequately and appropriately DIAGNOSE CUSTOMER ORGANIZATION in order to identify and address intricacies that may prove hurdles in achieving the desired change
* EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION IN LOCAL LANGUAGE(APPLICABLE/MAJORITY NORWEGIAN) AND ENGLISH
