As a key member of the retail transformation Business Change team you will own, manage and lead the business change and readiness work stream for our Customer Care and Billing Project to ensure the business is ready, willing and able to accept this particular change. Furthermore, you will provide governance and quality assurance on all business change readiness deliverables, ensuring they are fit for purpose and add value to the Project. As well as coaching the Business Change work stream in the use of the framework, tools and templates to develop their capabilities, you will be expected to select the right level of Business Change resource in order to achieve timely and effective delivery of change.

The correct candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of end-to-end technology-led change initiatives, ideally in an Oracle environment, and how they are applied to deliver best-practice business change interventions.
