Our Media Industry Client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong media industry experience and experience on large, complex customer journey and customer experience projects.
The business analyst will be working on a large on-boarding program - with a focus on the first 90 days of new customer journey, to make improvement and reduce churn
Essential candidate requirements
- Media industry experience or experience on large commercial customer journey/customer experience projects
- Experience analysing customer experience across multiple platforms
- Business readiness and strong knowledge of how to embed the change
NB. This is not a technical business analyst role
Additional Info:
This is an initial 3 month contract based in west London for a daily rate of approximately £450.00 per day (depending on experience)
