Business Architect (TOM, Design Authority, Investments, FS)

Business Architect (TOM, Design Authority, Investments, FS) required for our Financial Services client based in Edinburgh. The tight candidate must have extensive demonstrable experience as a Business Architect and Design Authority within Financial Services and ideally Investment/Fund Management environments.

The selected candidate will perform business architecture activity including heading up and leading the definition of an end-to-end business Operating Model. This will include responsibility for providing executive insight, shaping and aligning change programmes, solving design issues & challenges and governing business design.

To be successful in this role you will be a skilled Business Architect with a wealth of process improvement and target operating model design experience gained within Financial Services. You must have the ability to look across a number of moving parts, define potential options & solutions and present them along with implications to senior stakeholders.

Proven business process design experience is essential for this role, ideally backed up with relevant certifications. Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience are essential.
