Business Architect - CRM & Loyalty Systems, integration, Digital Transformation - is required by a large organisation to join their team working on a large scale and incredibly complex business-led technology transformation programme.
You will be responsible for:
- developing process maps and business rules for CRM and Loyalty systems
- integration of Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty Systems into the digital solutions and enterprise architecture
- supporting business process re-design
Required experience:
- business analysis background including requirements elicitation, process modelling, documentation, BPR etc..
- broad modelling experience using various tools
- technical integration experience including REST APIs
- functional experience with various loyalty solutions ideally including Brierley
- business design and architecture experience
You will be responsible for:
