Business Architect

Yoh has a contract to hire opportunity for a BUSINESS ARCHITECT to join our client in San Ramon, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for platform product roadmap and maintain complete requirements backlog. Work with platform architects, business architects, solution architects, engineering and business stakeholders to define product roadmap.
- Responsible for product releases. Drive planning and execution of product release processes to ensure successful and on time product release.
- Provide detailed guidance to engineering and QA resources, as well as functional and technical documentation to ensure the right product is delivered with each release.
- Responsible for completing and maintaining the product requirement document; responsible for maintaining detailed product specifications.
- Act as product evangelist. Manage internal and external communication of product capabilities, release plans, and value proposition. Organize and provide product demonstration and presentations to various stakeholders, customers or prospects.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent fields.
- A minimum of five (5) years of software product management experience.
- Understanding of complete software development life cycle.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and demonstrable ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Agile-based software development process.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
- Product management experience in platform software products is preferred.
- Ability to work and lead in unstructured environment is highly desirable.
- MBA or other relevant advanced degrees is a plus.
