ENDEAVOUR RECRUITMENT IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED AND CAPABLE TEAM PLAYER. WHO IS EXCELLENT AT PROBLEM SOLVING AND FOCCUSSED ON RESULTS.
TO JOIN OUR CLIENT AS A BUSINESS AND FUNCTIONAL ANALYST TO WORK FOR A RENOWNED GLOBAL ORGANISATION.
CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE, WITH EXPERTISE IN THE HR AND FINANCE SECTOR. THIS IS A 6 MONTH CONTRACT BASED IN BELGIUM LOOKING TO PAY 500 EUROS PER DAY - ENGLISH SPEAKING.
SCOPE:
The Business and Functional Analyst will take responsibility for the design and implementation of up to date flexible solutions meeting key performance indicators, including timelines and budgets. Whilst supporting the core business functionality.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
The candidate is required to have an established foundation of BA skills including leadership and managing stakeholder expectations, to enable them to undertake process modelling and related business tools, including (ARIS).
DESIRED SKILLS:
The Business and Functional Analyst will be actively involved with Back Office systems renewal (REBOOT program) focusing on HR and Finance domains.
Previous experience in transformation projects will ensure the consistency of business functionality and processes.
