Business Analysts x 6 - Change and Transformation

Our public sector client in Essex require 6 contract Business Analysts to join for an initial 3 month contract.

* 1 Business Analyst with Purchase to Pay experience
* 3 Business Analysts with specialist HR experience covering performance management, talent succession, learning development and case management/resourcing
* 1 Business Analyst with payroll and expense management experience
* 1 Business Analyst with Business Intelligence experience

Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain first class customer centric relationships with service stakeholders including peer groups, internal customers, partners and corporate groups, the post holder should be comfortable facilitating workshops to gather information.
* Ensure that the business requirements provided into the project are valid and contribute to the overall efficiency goals of Transforming Systems.
* Operate proactively with all service areas to analyse and redesign business requirements and specify appropriate solutions in support of the client's priority goals and vision.
* Identify, shape, scope and lead re-design work packages, taking responsibility for coordinating their effective delivery including the planning and management of own and others activities.
* Review supplier solution proposals; assess the functional delivery quality of the solutions as well as the suitability of implementation plans when set against the client's business environment.
* Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager concerning expectations and progress; be proactive in identifying issues for escalation and flagging risks requiring mitigation.

Requirements:

* Relevant experience of defining and delivery redesigned processes and new ways of working in the public and/or private sector or ideally both.
* Able to interpret complex business requirements and apply logical analytical insight into business issues.
* Experience of the associated Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing technologies which support ERP implementations would be highly desirable.
* Able to analyse and prioritise competing business needs.
* Technologically aware and innovative.
* Ability to undertake a role in the project management of work packages for a wide range of business issues and an understanding of the purpose and value of a business case and the identification of benefits and costs.
* User knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including sound experience of manipulating data in Excel.
