My client, a large financial services organisation, is currently recruiting for two experienced Business Analysts with specialist HR/Payroll experience to join their divestment programme in Halifax.
The selected contractors will have extensive experience in the following:
* Business Analysis experience including requirements documentation,
* Strong payroll/legislative knowledge (RTI/Pensions Auto-enrolment/Sharesave/Tax Year End/Start)
* SAP Payroll systems
* Testing - UAT
* Project Management - planning, risk and issue management, status reporting, stakeholder management.
* Communications - verbal and written
