WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS ANALYST TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN STOCKHOLM/SWEDEN.

Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultant

The consultant will gather and analyse the business requirements for the additional necessary functionalities of the Document Management System. The consultant will liaise closely with all the project stakeholders, including business owners, project manager and development team members. The consultant shall be requested to perform various tasks related to the DMS project.

The tasks will include:

- Assessment of DMS impact
- Gather on-going needs in respect to Document Management System
- Systematically evaluates emerging functional and non-functional requirements
- Maintain the requirements specifications
- Analyse and develop the Business Requirements, the use cases and usage scenarios for DMS
- Analysis and mapping of DMS workflows
- Document standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with technical and business users, Business Owners and the application developers
- Contribute and validate the functional testing
- Contribute to the design of new functionalities
- Review and improve the current business and technical documentation
- Contribute and review the users' support documentation and any technical documentation
- Contribute and support in the preparation of the user training curricula, training materials,
- Perform user training, when requested
- Participate in any meeting/workshops

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE

- University degree with minimum 6 years experience in IT
- Minimum 2 years of business requirements gathering and analysis
- Experience with Content and Document management systems
- Experience or certification in MS SharePoint MOSS 2007 or 2010
- Experience in information architecture and SharePoint content types
- Experience in business Datamodelling
- Experience developing use cases, user stories, and mock ups
- Extensive experience in process mapping, workflow process analysis and process reengineering
- Proven experience in coordinating with technical, functional and business users
- Proven experience in facilitating meetings, scheduling and managing of time
- Experience in working in agile development environment
- Excellent team player, but also able to work independently when requested
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment,
- Rapid self-starting capability and willingness to work in a team
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments
- Knowledge of using Business Process Modelling Notation, BPMN and UML
- Good skills with MS Visio or Business Studio
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, including report writing
- Ability to interpret and understand complex Business Requirements and procedures

ADVANTAGEOUS

- Knowledge of Epidemiology/Public Health
- Knowledge of development methodologies (eg Scrum) and modelling (eg UML)
- Knowledge of metadata and Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI)

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A PASSPORT OF AN EU MEMBER STATE OR A VALID WORK PERMIT FOR SWEDEN
