Projektbeschreibung
The Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Develop a set of product/functional and non-functional requirements based on the inputs of key stakeholders
- Be the product interface across the business
- Set up a traceability Matrix
- Create an end to end solution, which covers all aspects of the product, including technology, product proposition, Care Support, etc.
- Act as single point of contact within the organization to provide the scope of this initiative
- Support the Business Intelligence team in producing business cases
The initiatives where the BA will be involved require:
- 5+ Years Business Analysis experience
- Understanding of Wireless (WiFi) Technologies
- Proven background in the Telecom industry
- You have a customer-centric way of thinking
- Experience in multinational business processes
