Business Analyst Within the Global IAM Program (2626)

For a six month project at our banking client's site in Zurich, we are looking for a

BUSINESS ANALYST WITHIN THE GLOBAL IAM PROGRAM (2626)

THE ROLE:

- Exciting and challenging role as Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer within the Bank's global IAM (Identity & Access Management) Program
- Leading role in the design and technical conception of new features for the IAM platform according to the global IAM product strategy and responsibility for the coordination of test activities in the area of Business Transformation Management
- Independently investigate business problems and formulate technical solution proposals in cooperation with business and IT stakeholders like Solution Architects and Solution Engineers
- Work with a variety of feeders and stakeholders to manage all external and internal interfaces according to the IAM product roadmap
- Responsibility for capturing and decomposing business requirements and transform them into RE deliverables (especially technical specifications (USC, BRU, INT, etc.), user stories, acceptance criteria and global template concepts)
- Ensure a professional, sustainable and strong stakeholder management with all relevant internal and external project parties involved, including but not limited to sponsors, stream leads, feeders, senior management and business counterparts

YOUR TASKS:

- Drive and plan requirement writing through project teams
- Track requirement activities (content growth, linkage)
- Define project specific requirement goals
- Support the System Function development throughout all functional disciplines with the formulation and documentation of functional requirements
- Hold workshops
- Consolidate expert know-how
- Perform requirement reviews
- Comparison of requirement specifications (different initiatives/projects/devices)
- Requirements variant handling
- Integration of global development sites in the requirement process
- Support test activities and act as SME for tester and test manager

YOUR SKILLS:

- Graduate degree or equivalent education in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration
- Proven track record of MIN. 3+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE in a similar role such as Business Analyst or Project Manager in a project delivery organization in the banking/finance environment
- Sound experience in methodological know-how in Business Analyses and Requirements Engineering
- Knowledge of IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT GOVERNANCE, PROCESSES, AND PRODUCTS is an advantage
- Profound knowledge PROCESS MODELLING AND DESIGN, BUSINESS OBJECTS MODELS (ABOM) AS WELL AS TOOLS SUCH AS JIRA, POLARION AND ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT
- Business fluent in ENGLISH (German is advantageous)
