BUSINESS ANALYST WITH VBA & EXCEL SKILLS JOB IN BANKING, ZURICH

CONTRACT

CHF 750 - 900 A DAY

Mc client is an international Bank located here in Zurich, who are in need of a Business Analyst to support their Risk & Finance IT COO team, with a strong focus on Workforce Management and Worksforce Strategy.

The bank are in need of a Business Analyst for the COO team to help reach their objective of architectural simplification, reduce complexity, and ensure a stronger delivery capability. This is a challenging environment which deals heavily with a complex workforce strategy, which will require working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

As the Business Analyst you will play a key part for the following:

- The Reporting & Analysis of existing reports and communication
- Demand management and hiring
- Deputise for monthly headcount forecast end to end processes and monthly core reporting
- Workforce strategy planning and quarterly reporting

To be a strong candidate for this Business Analyst position you should have the following experience:

- Strong conceptual and analytic skills
- Advanced Excel, VBA, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong financial ability
