Business Analyst with PCI Experience

BACKGROUND TO ENGAGEMENT BUSINESS ANALYST

My client is looking to recruit an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST with PCI experience on an initial 6 month contract. The BUSINESS ANALYST can be based from either London or Crawley. PCI (Payment Card Industry) DSS (Data Security Standard) is a compliance driven initiative which my client must deliver. The project has completed early investigations and market engagement to identify recommended partners for the solution and work is now required to complete the next stage of detailed requirements and design activities. The project is now looking to secure an appropriate BUSINESS ANALYST capability to support this critical activity. Role is primarily based in Three Bridges Crawley however it can be based from London with occasional travel to other sites as necessary.

THE ESSENTIALS: BUSINESS ANALYST

* Strong proven strategic investigative and analytical skills using a variety of standard techniques.
* Experience of developing business cases for large complex business change programmes, including financial and numerical modelling and appraisal skills.
* In depth knowledge of business process analysis and design techniques, including the use of modelling and collaborative tools.
* Extensive knowledge of standard methods and technique, with the ability to select the appropriate approach for a particular assignment.
* Demonstrates excellent communication, presentation and written skills, with relevant experience of dealing with senior executives, business managers and third parties at a strategic level.
* Experience of formal project management techniques, such as Prince2 (EDF Energy Project Way), plus associated tools and processes, including planning and estimating.

THE DESIRABLES: BUSINESS ANALYST

* Strong workshop facilitation and interview skills, including negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills.
* Experience of RFI and ITT activities, including the creation and use of an evaluation score card.
* Leadership and decision making capability.

* Support change impact analysis
* Support test strategy and test planning
