Our client is urgently searching for a strong Business Analyst with Access, SAS, SQL, Business Process modelling and design experience with French or Dutch
to work on a critical project in Belgium. A successful candidate will have strong skill in:
* At least 3 years proven experience in Business Process modelling and design
* At least 3 years experience in project management
* Proving his/her initiative was key in the successful completion of a pertinent project test data. A key and new capability to be established is test data management.
Mission/function description:
The business analyst will be responsible for:
* Detailed identification, analysis, description and validation of both existing business processes and new functional needs of the users (user requirements/identifying different solutions). He/she formulates propositions to improve different aspects of the business processes to come to 1) cost-reductions 2) better functionalities for our customers and 3) make a better use of the disposable resources
* working closely together with the functional analyst, in order to validate the proposed choices/solutions.
* In a last stage, the consultant will produce all documentation needed throughout the earliest stages of projects; following the case this will be in English and in Dutch and/or French
Deliverables The business analyst is responsible for delivering, with respect of the deadlines of:
* a description of the business context as is
* proposals for to be,
* the requirements of IT and people (in sort & number)
Technical skills:
* Advanced skills of Access or SAS in combination with SQL
* Good skills of Microsoft packages Excel, Word, Outlook & PPT
* Documented experience with the file-format XBRL is an advantage
This is a French or Dutch speaking role.
