RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gathering and documenting Business Requirements for process, system and reporting initiatives
- Liaising with major customers throughout the delivery phases of developed solutions or products
- Run structured interviews and workshops with the business and the coordination of solution meetings with development teams
- Undertake a range of business analysis techniques to be able to determine the most the appropriate throughout the project.
- Identifying areas of impact of current and future state processes
- Documenting solution requirements (functional and non-functional)
- Maintaining business alignment and traceability
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- 5+ years experience in Business Analysis and/or Process Analysis
- Must have wealth/superannuation experience
- Strong analysis, documenting and consulting skills - catering for solutions that cover processes end to end.
- Ability to conceptualise ideas and visions, think creatively and quickly grasp and understand the business's needs and strategic directions
- Ability to influence and negotiate, through to Senior Management levels if required, in order to recommend viable options/solutions; whilst still meeting the business requirement
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage relationships with all levels of business and stakeholders
