-Supporting contact center department in validating process for filing incoming intelligence (call center activities)
-Gathering and compiling of the business and user requirements
-Creating validation documentation and coordinating related activities
-Providing clear communication to project teams on validation approach and deliverables
-Providing regular project reporting
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience in documentation CSV process
-Knowledge of test cases and executed test cases, requirements, and traceability
-Being familiar with validation of GxP relevant solutions
-Experience within an international and pharmaceutical environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Fluent in English and German
