Business Analyst - Urgent

Urgent short term project to document process flows for a large Telecoms company

You are required to document the E2E operational process flows to create an operations manual.

The candidate has to complete this assignment in four weeks/one month, reflecting the urgency and importance of the work. He/She is accountable for documenting all process flows in consultation with applicable stakeholders

Requirements:

The candidate must have core business analyst skills plus the relevant experience of creating service operations manuals for telecommunications or IT sectors.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT preferred; experience with a variety of business analysis tools and techniques, including business case modelling or cost benefit analysis; experience in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment

Skills and Competencies:
