For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST TREASURY AND OTC (2152)
The ideal candidate will fill a role to develop functional specifications, presentations and documents according to requirements from the business. His or her responsibility is to analyse, design, test and support the implementation of technical solutions that address the changing functional requirements of the FX/PM options business on a middle-Back Office related Murex platform. This job offers the possibility to work in a dynamic environment within investment banking middle- and back- office
The role also involved analysis, incident resolution and consulting tasks, as well as some involvement in 3rd Level Support for production issues.
Qualifications of the candidate we are looking for:
- Degree in Information Technology and/or Business Economics or equivalent
- Several years of experience in a similar role within a large financial institution in a trading/Back Office environment
- Drive, pro-active work approach and good communication skills
- SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF TREASURY OR FX BACK OFFICE PROCESSING, FOCUSING ON OTC DERIVATIVES FOR FX AND PM PRODUCTS AS WELL AS FOR IRD'S AND THE MUREX (PROCESSING) PLATFORM.
- Computer literacy and an interest in technical innovations (knowledge of XML (FPML) and SQL is a plus)
- Good communication skills in English, GERMAN WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE
- A business-oriented approach
