ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a Senior Business Analyst role to join a Global Investment Bank based in the City. The purpose of the role is to cover in flight projects, the nature of which covers the delivery of process improvements and inefficiencies across the Front to Back, cross-product landscape. The aim here is to come in and help define the legal entity strategy for each business and rationalise the number of legal entities used to the minimum number required by regulatory/client constraints. The other major initiative is to define the book strategy for each business and rationalise the number of trading books, risk books and portfolios through which Front Office requires discrete reporting of risk and PL.
KEY SKILLS/CV MUST SHOW:
- Investment Banking - Recent 5-7 Years (MUST HAVE)
- Defining and supporting the implementation of the target state legal entity and PL strategies across a number of Corporate Banking/Securities businesses
- Cross divisional, global co-ordination and involve both challenging and supporting senior management teams
- Experience in managing and owning large data sets, and previous experience around legal entity structures or product control
