Business Analyst (Test)

(BUSINESS ANALYST TEST)

My client in the Netherlands in hiring for a Business analyst for a long term contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES (BUSINESS ANALYST TEST)

- Develop requirements specifications using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, etc.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Develop outlined scenarios and scripts for testing with the business community;
- Write a comprehensive test plan and prepare a resource plan for testing;
- Work independently with users to define reports, process descriptions and scenario's/under direction of project manager
- Business Requirements document for reporting
- Detailed process descriptions/Business use cases
- Control framework for UAT testing (outlined scenarios and scripts)
- Resource plan for UAT preparation and execution

PROFILE AND SKILLS

- Over 3 years job specific experience;
- Experience in business acceptance testing;
- Preferably HR knowledge and understanding of hire/transfer/termination and Benefits processes
- Quick learner;
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements;
- Strong attention to detail;

Able to communicate with technical IT development teams, users and business managers;
