Market leading organisation is seeking a Business Analyst who is skilled and experienced in analysis, design and documentation of system integrations and business processes. In addition, the role will include analysis and design of the Salesforce CRM system.

The role will be part of a team that is implementing Salesforce CRM. The users are based both in Australia and in other CBA offices around the globe. The position will cover the 2nd phase of the project which will be focused on integrating Salesforce with other systems. As such, there is a requirement for the candidate to be skilled and experienced in analysis and design of system integration components at a technical level.

The role will also be responsible for documenting business processes around the use of the CRM system and the system integration flows. You will also gather information, documents and analyses business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes. Liaises with stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organisation and to recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals

You will have the following skills:

Minimum five years' business analysis or process improvement experience

Financial Services Industry Experience

Technical design of Salesforce CRM system

Technical design of system integrations

Process flow diagramming tools such as ARIS and Microsoft Visio

Experience working in technology enabled change programs/projects
