Business Analyst - Target Operating Model to-be Process Mapping - Bank

As a niche financial services consultancy we currently have a team on-site with a leading Corporate Bank and the team has a new requirement available for a Business Analyst. We are looking for someone with experience of working in banking or in professional services consultancy (ideally with banking focussed assignments), plus strong knowledge of process mapping, and process redesign using Visio. Knowledge of Operational Risks, Controls, and KRI's would be an advantage. Candidates should be degree-qualified, with strong analytical and problem solving skills and excellent communication skills. It is essential to be able to understand business issues as well as technical issues and be able to communicate effectively across levels within the business.

THE ROLE:
The role of the Business Analyst is to investigate and document existing business processes and develop to-be processes within a newly restructured business unit. This is not a technical IT BA role but a very business facing role focussed on mapping as-is and to-be Business Processes, particular emphasis on to-be process mapping, to be considered for this role this must be the focus of previous experience. We are a collaborative consultancy and by working as a team we are able to exceed our client's expectations.
