PROJECT MANAGER
We are currently hiring for a Business Analyst for our Investment banking Client in reporting to the Business Analyst Lead, this position is the custodian of business owner's requirements. The position requires coordinating and tracking delivery of business requirements throughout the implementation of business process and IT solutions.
Foster and maintain collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders including business, operations and IT teams.
Build understanding of the business and the supporting IT solutions in order to add value to the business owners
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for:
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Create functional requirements with inputs from the relevant stakeholders, including business, operations and IT
- Participates in testing to ensure business requirements are validated
- Ensure adherence to latest Client's Project Lifecycle policy
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/Business Administration
- Driven team player with positive attitude and demonstrate ability to act with independence of thought and urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of documentation techniques such as process modelling, use case modelling, etc.
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience within the financial industry
- Some working knowledge of a system administrator will be will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates with passion to learn may also be considered
