BUSINESS ANALYST - STRATEGIC PROJECTS - NP4 (E-APPROVAL TOOL), DAM, CMS - PHARMA - BASEL
The selected Business Analyst will support three strategic projects:
- NP4 (e-approval tool) rollout.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) rollout to brand teams
- Enterprise Content Management System (CMS) implementation and rollout
For these, the following will be required and developed during his/her tenure:
- Deep understanding of the tools being implemented (All)
- Liaise with support teams to make sure changes and updates are followed through (NP4 and DAM)
- Aid with creation and review of technical documentation, such as User Requirements, Functional Specifications, SLAs and manuals (DAM, CMS)
- Lead platform upgrades and implementation of new functionality (NP4)
- Monitor project plans and support Program Manager with operational tasks (All)
Our client expects very good project management and communication skills, as well as very good experiences with documentations.
