Business Analyst - Solvency II - Bristol

Based in Bristol a Business Analyst is required on a contract basis to work on a large Solvency II Programme within the insurance area of a bank.

Candidates must have strong business analysis experience within a banking/financial services environment. Candidates must also have an understanding of assets, liquidity, solvency II; experience of working with actuaries; experience of finance reporting.

This is a great opportunity to join a large programme at the very start where initially you will be involved in shaping and scoping of the piece.

You will be responsible for the scope specification; business requirements catalogue, functional specifications (including data load specifications), maintaining traceability Matrix and stakeholder management.

You will need to demonstrate a pro-active approach; strong interpersonal/communication skills; the ability to work with senior delivery and business stakeholders; strong influencing skills.
