BUSINESS ANALYST - SOA - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

Languages: ENGLISH only.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in Enterprise Architect tool would be an asset.
- Knowing UML, BPML, Usercase diagrams.
- Knowing Object Oriented Analysis and Service Oriented Analysis.
- Knowing Sparx Enterprise Architect and RDBMS.
- Knowledge of SOA Services, ETL + tools.
- Experience in working in agile development environments, scrum meetings.
- Working knowledge of data and process modelling.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Analyse the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement.
- Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/services to be developed.
- Analyse and decompose complex requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions, taking into account the existing building blocks.
- Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation.
- Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/mockups/flowcharts.
- Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications.
- Validate the functionality of the end product by product owners.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Ensuring that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Prepare user manuals and occasionally organise workshop or training sessions.
