Business Analyst - Sharepoint and CRM

An opportunity has arisen with a well known CBD based client of mine, for a Business Analyst to join the team and work on some high level Sharepoint and MS CRM projects.

The successful candidate will be required to:

- Full 360 Business Analyst function including requirement gathering and drafting the functional specification
- Full User Acceptance testing responsibility
- Take ownership of the Training and Handover process
- Manage all stakeholders involved in the upgrades
- Act as an SME for Sharepoint and CRM projects

To be considered for this role you will possess:

- Demonstrated experience in eliciting requirements
- Proven experience in SharePoint and Microsoft CRM
- Experience in working with SharePoint 2010/2013 in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience in working with a .net development team
- Experience in working in Agile and waterfall methodologies
- An understanding of Service Orientated Architecture
- Experience in communicating and working with business and other non technical teams
- High level of interpersonal skills in order to establish good working relationships with fellow IT colleagues, the business and other stakeholders
- Strong understanding of business change management
