My client as world renowned global organisation is seeking a Business Analyst with comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the area of IT Service Management, in particular the process of Access Management and related technologies (eg Active Directory, security protocols).
* Previous experience with an IT/IS infrastructure operations environment ideally working within a multi-partner context
* Clear prioritization skills
* Experience with regulatory frameworks applicable to the pharmaceutical industry (GxP, SOX and Data Privacy etc.)
