Business Analyst - SEPA (SEPA Migration Consultant) - Channel Integration

A SEPA Migration Consultant is end-to-end responsible for the successful implementation of SEPA payments and collections via the bank's electronic delivery channels, such as AccessDirect, AccessDirect Client and SWIFT Corporate Access (MA-CUG/FileAct). Consultant will be - in an implementation - a project manager, software tester, and product expert providing information to customers to ensure completion on time and with excellent quality.

Key Performance Areas/Responsibilities (KPA's):

Responsible and accountable for the implementation of a SEPA Channel solution to the full satisfaction of the client, including training and initial support.
Responsible for analysing customer requirements, and matching them to product capabilities, and communicating when gaps exist
Responsible for setting up and documenting test requirements and results
Communicator of all potential delivery obstacles - Internal/External
Delivers the complete implementation documentation. This documentation is used for customer support purposes.
Supports the Sales organization in answering channel related questions, and presenting solutions to customers when needed
Shares knowledge and experience with team mates
Cooperates with and supports colleagues in Client Service

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of the Transaction Banking/Cash Management business
Knowledge of SEPA credit transfer and Sepa direct debit
Mix of IT and/or product development knowledge
Project Management skills
Knowledge of electronic banking
Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle)
Affinity with various electronic banking standards available in the market (formats, communication, security)
Presentation/Communication skills
