Business Analyst - SAP PM/PS - Dutch or French Speaking - Belgium - 12 months +
A Business Analyst is required for a minimum of 12 months in Belgium.
The ideal Business Analyst will need to have a strong background in SAP PM/PS and be needed for the following role;
Description:
The SAP PM/PS Business analyst is responsible for the maintenance and development of one or more applications, which are used by our customers for the maintenance and expansion of the electrical grid with attention to quality, scope, schedule and budget. The Business Analyst is the interface between the business and IT project manager
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating in the modelling of business processes, the IT tools to support these and guidelines for these tools use.
- Writing specifications for applications, validated by the business and prioritizing these changes in different releases.
- The validation of the functional analysis of IT
- After the development by IT testing and validating the changes with the business and the final implementation thereof.
- Liaise with the business, IT, other business analysts
- The master data management and governance of business processes
- The development of training materials and provide training to the end users.
- Acting as point of contact for all inquiries and complaints from users, hierarchy and other stakeholders
Technical skills:
a master's degree in engineering or economics or equivalent experience.
preferably several years experience.
possesses an affinity for IT tools and are interested in the electric sector.
Knowledge of SAP PM and PS are a plus
Knowledge of planning processes (for maintenance, infrastructure, ...) is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile methodology is an asset
Personal skills:
strong analytical skills and you are sufficiently critical set.
have a serious problem solving.
can assertively and effectively communicate with many different stakeholders.
proficient in planning and organization.
have a sufficient dose of customer orientation and flexibility.
