Business Analyst (SAP FS-RI)

The team is responsible for the maintenance and further development of Zurich’s core reinsurance system ZIRIS (Zurich Integrated Reinsurance System SAP FS-RI/CD/BW), which is used by various Zurich Units. We handle 3 different business scenarios: Assumed reinsurance, ceded reinsurance and pooling for international programs.
We have an increased project-pipeline in 2024 and need external support to handle the overall demand. The assignment is for the Project Nabisco, where the cession model in the pooling area will change and therefore this legal change needs also be reflected in the Reinsurance. But assignment can also vary as a back-up for the maintenance depending on the skills of the person and/or on the workload demand. Team location is Zurich, but mainly remote work. VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

- Analyse business requirements, do data analysis and provide solutions/designs
- Coordinate with business and the (onshore) development team
- Organize/execute/support testing/training
- Create corresponding documentation
- Ensure maintenance stability, incl. 2nd level business support
- Excellent SAP FS-RI base and Risk Manager non-life know-how
- At least 5 years experiences as a reinsurance business analyst
- Client-oriented team player
- Independent and active
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Proficient in German (spoken and written)
- Experience with SAP ABAP
- Experience with SAP BW, FS-CD and / or accounting know-how would be an add-on
- SAP FI know-how including ALE knowledge
