Requirements:
Analysis and coordination skills to carry out the tasks
Provide functional support for the French entities on the SAP platform.
Task:
To provide support when needed, organise/attend the necessary functional workshops with end users to gather the requirements and answers their needs:
- prepare Functional Analysis documentation (Translation of needs into specifications)
- ensure that end users understood the requirements
- follow-up of the monthly closing and preparation of the yearly closing
- follow-up of the expense notes correct flow
- prepare the yearly prorate process
- coordinate the necessary change management initiatives.
- provide process impact input to the Process team
- prepare/update training material
Required languages for this role
- French and English fluent
- Dutch good
