Business Analyst - Risk and Control Analysis

Our Leading UK Banking Client has need of a Business analyst to come on board to help with porjects based in and around its risk and a control banking functions.

Core duties and abilites needed for the for the role will be:
Data analysis
Ability to format PowerPoint and presentation
Someone who has worked across broad range of stakeholders (will be dealing with Stakeholders up to Director Level)
Current doing a Pay review project, running the risk element of that and 1 x candidate will be involved in that.
Understand how to implement good risk practices
Data manipulation
Compliance analysis
Requirements gathering
Translating and simplifying requirements.
Requirements management and communication.
Requirements analysis.
Requirements management and communication.
Requirements analysis.
Stakeholder engagement
Documentation of process's
Planning and monitoring.
Data analysis to understand different frameworks
Different types of reporting
Identify Different trends to show they are successful.
Manage a portfolio of deliverables, be able to format power presentations.

Core evaluation critieria:
1) Be able to demonstrate Technical ability with relation to data analysis, mapping, manipulation etc
2) Ability to format and prepare information for use in Powerpoint
3) Financial services background Desirable but not a must
4) Microsoft experience, excel particularly
5) Control and Risk experience
