PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

Project is looking to introduce Central PMO Services.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Business Analyst - Resourcing, this role is specific to the resourcing services workstream in PMO and will need to analyse current processes and data requirements to track FTE Supply Demand Modelling, Budgets Management, Project Assignments and capacity planning. The candidate will design end to end data capture, data validation and data reporting to aid the changes that are required to fit the new operating model, the candidate will need to be able to review, amend and ratify data, and design and build standard agreed templates and databases for MI reporting and dashboards to support the recruitment for a team of 300 Perms and 300 contractors across Strategy and Operations Change

CORE SKILLS

- Highly Numerate and analytical  Understands data management processes and Exec Dashboards and MI Excellent ability to create graphs and charts and represent data in PowerPoint to Senior Leaders
- Excel skills of a high standard
- Stakeholder Management
- Excellent data skills important

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Birmingham and Cardiff must be willing to travel between the two sites.
