Business Analyst - Retail Banking & Payments - North East

Global Banking giant are looking to build a new internal Business Analysis team to rollout a major new platform to grow into a new Product set and marketplace.

You must display existing experience in Business Analysis within Retail Banking, Current Accounts, Cards or related Financial Services domains such as Payments, BACS, CHAPS, Direct Debit, Faster Payments, Core Banking platforms. Any experience in Mobile, Online or Digital Banking Products or Services would be a big plus.

From a skills standpoint we are looking for those with excellent skills in Business Process, BPA, BPM etc and be up to date with modern tools, methods and approaches. We also require individuals to have experience of working in Agile environments (eg SCRUM/Kanban). You should also display clear full life cycle experience as a Business Analyst and have the ability to present findings not just take notes or produce specifications.

These are crucial hires as they form the key requirements and initiation layers for a wide Portfolio of Business and Technology Change that is now being kicked off.
