BUSINESS ANALYST - RETAIL BANKING - HALIFAX - £340

Business Analysts will be required to work on the Certification regime for banking reform delivering defined pieces of analysis work within the workstream. This will include planning, analysing, defining and validating requirements for changes to business structures, operations and processes, policies and information systems affected by the change in regulations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Ability to pull together complex information and translate that into Powerpoint, flowcharts etc
- Experience in producing good communication materials
- Previous HR experience
- Demonstration of ability to prioritise work, be flexible and motivated to achieve results is key

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in working in complex projects
- Preferably 3 years experience in Project Management
- Knowledge of retail banking

Experience working in Regulatory Change, HR Processes Change and associated IT systems and data projects.
