Business Analyst - Retail Banking Experience - Netherlands

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join a financial services organisation to work onsite in beautiful Netherlands. The job is expected to be complex and challenging, where you're analytic and business skills will be tested. As well as this, the role will be exciting for the right candidate as each day working as part of this close, amazing team, will be different. The project is expected to last 4 years minimum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Gather requirements from users to understand business processes and future requirements
- Capture and document requirements
- Analyse business issues and needs
- Map data categories, data uses and the basis for processing
- Produce detailed requirements and business solution design documents
- Liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, engage with internal teams and manage external third-party suppliers

KEY EXPERIENCE:

- Hands-on Business Analyst experience
- Experience in Mortgage Domain
- A background in banking and/or financial services
- Detail oriented and can understand a client's requirements
- Strong communication and organisation skills

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

- Able to connect with both IT and Business stakeholders
- Candidate must have good writing/speaking skills

- Dutch Fluent
