Business Analyst - Retail Banking Experience - Great Client

RDF Group are urgently recruiting for Business Analysts on behalf of a leading Retail Banking client in the North East.

This fantastic client are urgently looking for Business Analysts with a strong background in the Retail Banking industry. You will be working on a large and strategic Programme and be joining a highly reputable and forward thinking Financial Services organisation,

In this role, you will be focussed upon capturing and analysing the Customer requirements and the Customer journey on a large-scale programme that is Customer-centric.

This Programme requires individuals who are passionate about what they do and also doing it well. You will bring this enthusiasm and determination to the Programme and your Customers (both internal and external).

Ideally you will have previous experience on Data Centric/MI/Business Intelligence projects.

Key requirements - skills and experience:

* Previously held a demanding Business Analyst role within the Retail Banking industry
* Expert Requirements elicitation/Capture/Documentation and Tracking skills are key
* AS IS and TO BE/Process Modelling and Mapping skills
* Ideally you will have previous experience on Data Centric/MI/Business Intelligence projects.
* You will have experience of the full project life cycle and ideally experience during the initiation and study stages of the Lifecycle
* Change impact assessment
* Ability to adhere to formal change control procedures and disciplines
* Strong Problem Solving Skills
* A self-starter who delivers high quality work at all times and can multi-task
* Excellent stakeholder management skills are also a must.
