Business Analyst/Requirements Management (m/w/d)

Currently we are looking for competent support as Business Analyst (customer data, customer insight&analysis, loyalty) for one of our projects.

Your tasks:
+ Manage product requirements in one the following three areas: customer data management, customer insights & analytics, loyalty & value added services
+ Interact with business teams to define and document functional requirements in the form of user stories and process descriptions
+ Reports progress of requirements implementation and categorises defects
+ Document system design elements such as data migration rules and business rules
+ Defines business test scenarios
+ Actively involve and coordinate stakeholders across business and IT teams to ensure continuous alignment

+ Project experience in the mentioned tasks.
+ Project experience as a Business Analyst and in analysing and defining functional requirements (user stories, process descriptions)
+ Experience in one of the following areas: customer data management, customer insights & analytics, loyalty & value added services
+ Experience in the food trade industry could be a plus
