Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Provide business analysis support for assigned projects, often working with agile methodologies
- Develop a strong relationship with Product Owners, key business users and development team to collaboratively define and document business requirements and build user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with business stakeholders based not only in the UK but also in Germany and the Netherlands
- Conduct gap analysis between vendor solutions and business requirements
- Input into the UX/UI of in-house solutions
- Build highly collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to sprint planning sessions, daily stand ups and retrospectives
- Support the testing team and user acceptance testers with requirements clarifications
- Take accountability for highlighting issues, engaging the team to find solutions and ensuring that the necessary remedial action is pursued
- Support the business in the development of robust business cases through effective coordination and sign off

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Practical experience of working as a Business Analyst within software delivery teams using both agile and traditional waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrable experience of agile development process including user story creation
- Process Design and Modelling knowledge
- An enthusiastic mindset, and eager to work at pace, embracing the agile delivery methodology of the team
- Strong focus on customer, collaboration and results. Understanding, and preferably experienced in use of, UI/UX methods
- Team spirit and intercultural competencies, strong communication and time-management skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and work in and with different (business, domain, regional) culture
- Excellent moderation & Facilitation skills
- MS Azure environment knowledge helpful, e.g. MS DevOps
- Experience of working in a pan European environment
- Willingness to travel overseas and to the main HQ locations of our customer, when required
