Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer

For our banking client based in Zürich we are currently searching for a Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer

Short Project description:
Our task is to analyze, design, develop and finally deploy a new Private Banking application, called MySTT. MySTT supports PB Releationship Managers and Line Managers to request and approve customer specific price reduction "Special Tariff Terms" (STT's) for PB products eg. discretionary mandate. The system supports the whole life cycle of an STT starting with the request process going forward to the approval-, then to the validation- and finally to the implementation and execution step. There are more special process steps like cancellation, renewal, archiving and more. A second crucial part of the system is to regular monitor and report STT's, their status and mainly the summarized amount of given price allowance in certain mareket areas (products). Todays old system has several drawbacks. It does not support the sophisticated price models the business would like to use in detail and it is not integrated with the CS backendsystems which leads to additional manual work to implement given STT's in those systems. PB has therefore decided to develop a new more efficient and higher integrated system, MySTT.

Scope of Work:
- Lead of Business and RE Workshops and Meetings
- Recording of essential information and conclusions
- Strong engagement in finding appropriate detail solution together with business based on their requirements and with focus on feasibility and overall project plan
- Minutes out of WS and meetings
- Business Engineering and Requirement Engineering Documents with a specification level detailed enough for developers
- Specification Documents for IT Developers
- Work together with Business and IT specialists and combine such skills
- Systematically discuss all relevant Business and IT aspects
- Derive the essential information and ongoing document it
- Focus on defining and agreeing a clear scope together with business
- Develop and compile large "requirement engineering document" out of the business requests
- Being able and used to work and deliver autonomous

Strong Business and Requirement Engineering Skills.

- Work together with Business and IT specialists and combine such skills
- Leading younger colleagues
- Systematically discuss all relevant Business and IT aspects
- Derive the essential information and ongoing document it
- Focus on defining and agreeing a clear scope together with business
- Develop and compile large "requirement engineering document" out of the business requests
- Being able to work autonomous and to deliver
- Classical RE and Project Management skills
- Banking skills
- Good IT foundation
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Experience and good understanding of state machine based Workflow implementation would be very helpful
