For a 12 months project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

BUSINESS ANALYST - REMOTE DESKTOP SOLUTIONS/CITRIX (3785)

In this exciting role you will be working on a project in the Technology Infrastructure department of our client. There you will help in requirements gathering for a next generation remote desktop solutions for remote working. This will go from Network layers all the way up to presentation and security elements. You will engage with other stakeholders, technical and non-technical end-users to understand what will be required for this next generation solution.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- MIN. 5 YEARS' EXPERIENCE WITHIN AN IT ORGANIZATION IN FINANCIAL SERVICES, WORKING IN A GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT
- TRACK RECORD WORKING AS A BUSINESS ANALYST, IDEALLY IN SIMILAR END-USER FOCUSED PROJECTS
- SOLID KNOW-HOW/EXPERIENCE OF CITRIX BASED SOLUTIONS IS A MUST
- General understanding of remote access solutions
- Know-how of virtual smart cards
- Specific experience in data and business analysis, supporting development of business cases, metrics and visualisations to support proposals.
- Experience in creating RFI's/RFP's
- Ability to work through ambiguity and complexity to create propositions to support solutions
- Ability to use excellent written and verbal communication skills and produced material to sell a concept or support a solution
- Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate coordination of processes and work collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with Jira

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supporting development and validation of project/program Business Cases and expected benefits
- Identifying, engaging and managing stakeholders; engineering and managing requirements
- Supporting the requirements prioritisation process and developing functional specifications, securing stakeholder agreement
- Designing technology and process solutions; documenting current & to be processes, technologies, workflows and data flows. Preparing gap analysis, use cases and implementation plans. Representing customer interests in the solutions process.
- Perform solution evaluations and selection, and elicit customer agreement on the solutions.
- Partnering closely with stakeholders, suppliers (internal and external as required), project managers and customers
- Preparing end user adoption guides and delivering training
- Participate in initiatives to improve standard business engineering practices
