Business Analyst Regulatory Tax

This is a challenging BUSINESS ANALYST REGULATORY TAX role.

THE POSITION OFFERS:

- Working on regulatory tax projects (eg QI, FACTA, KEST) with a responsibilities range from impact assessment to conceptual design, business requirements documentation, process design/improvement and solution implementation (eg requirements specification, test scoping and support, implementation concept, training preparation and execution)
- High management attention in an international environment.
- Close collaboration with stakeholders internally and with external providers.

THE ROLE REQUIRES:

- Good know-how and experience in financial markets, Swiss universal bank Operations and investment/banking products
- At least 2 years of work experience in business analysis, project management experience
- Ideally experience with tax- or regulatory-driven transformation projects in the banking or financial services industry
- Flexible team player, conceptually strong, very structured, delivery-oriented problem solver with a hands-on working style and focus on personal excellence
- Stakeholder management skills - experience in development of effective engagement structures and in negotiating with and influencing stakeholder groups
- Good IT knowledge and affinity (understanding IT architecture, change processes and artefacts) is a plus
- Fluency in German and English, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
