Business Analyst - Regulatory Reporting (4709)

For a project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

BUSINESS ANALYST - REGULATORY REPORTING (4709)

This role will be within the Finance Change area. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in delivering major projects in a financial or regulatory reporting function.

Your Qualifications:

- Several years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst
- Several years of experience in the regulatory reporting environment (SNB, FINMA, PRA, BoE, ), experience with regulatory reporting tools eg AXIOM is an advantage
- Technical knowledge including Data Warehousing (Oracle SQL) is required for testing activities
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes and corresponding IT solutions for full month end processing
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand regulatory requirements and business strategy
- Excellent spoken and written English skills

Your Responsibilities:

- Analysis and gathering of Large Exposure reporting requirements
- Write detailed business requirement documents and support IT in delivering the functional requirement specifications
- Liaise with upstream data providers to ensure that additional requirements are reflected accordingly
- Drive change with SMEs and IT contacts to implement effective business solutions and ensure that the business stakeholders are met.
- Develop user acceptance test plans, cases and scripts for system releases, manage and execute testing
