Our client is a market leader within the banking industry and is currently seeking a Business Analyst to embed a Records Management policy and Target Operating Model within a particular division.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyse the Records Management as-is business processes
- Engage with the business to identify the process improvement requirements to comply with Group policy, in the context of a wider Records Management cultural shift
- Streamline these process to meet the business needs whilst ensuring they are user friendly, simple yet efficient and effective
- Define and implement an end-to-end process improvement plan
Skills/experience sought after:
- Strong business analysis skills (5-10 years)
- Records Management/regulatory/data privacy experience
- Experience of working in Commercial Banking environment
- General financial services experience
